How do I create an account?

All customers must have an account with us to sign the waiver and pay for their courts. Accounts can be made at https://padelupusa.playbypoint.com/users/sign_up

Or by downloading the PlayByPoint app and adding Padel Up as your favorite club. 

How much is it to play?

Our court booking fees are $30/person per hour, or $120/hour divided by the total number of players. 

Do you have rentals?

Yes! Our rental rackets are $6, and our premium rentals are $15. Premium rentals are like a demo program, and we will refund your $15 if you end up buying that racket from our pro shop on the same day. 

I’m a beginner wanting to learn padel, what’s the best way to get started?

Join one of our Padel 101 clinics, a beginner Total Padel Clinic, or request a private lesson with one of our incredible pros. You can also join our WhatsApp group and find other similar level players to play with.

How much are private lessons?

Our private lessons start at $175/hour for one person, or $200 for our Head Pro. Each additional person added to the lesson adds $20, up to 4 total. 

What is “Centre Court” and how is it different than “Padel” when I book a court on the app?

Centre Court is our show court, with ample space around the sides and infinity glass in the corners. It costs $5 more per person per hour. Courts 1, 2 and 3 are listed under “Padel”.  

What is “Game Match”?

If you don’t have 4 people to play with, you can enable Game Match, which will make your match open for any of our users to join. You can set parameters for rating levels, so only people in your skill range can join. We guarantee all Game Matches, so if your match doesn’t fill, your payment will be refunded to you in the form of club credits, or you can come and use that court for practice!

What is “Official Match”?

When you book your match, you can make it an Official Match. Your results would then need to be entered in afterwards, and it will adjust your rating based on your match results, much like a golf handicap. Keep in mind that your rating can go up or down!

What is your cancellation policy?

Members can cancel up until 12 hours before their reservation.

Non-members can cancel up until 72 hours before their reservation.

What is your refund policy?

All cancellations before the above times will be refunded in club credits. Any cancellations after these times may not be refunded. 

What are your membership benefits?

Our members get unlimited free play between 7am-4pm on weekdays. From 4pm til close, and all day weekends, they get a limited number of booking passes per month to use to cover their court costs. 

Members also get preferential cancellation windows, free open play, discounts on clinics, tournaments, and programs, priority registration for leagues and events, access to members-only events and parties, and the ability to pause memberships for long travel or injuries.

What are booking passes and how do I use them?

Our booking passes for members are good for 90-minute reservations to be used on themselves or their guests. When booking, simply apply your booking pass to cover your share of the court.

Another great way to meet players is to join our tournaments, where up to 32 players will be here and eager to meet others.

What is Open Play?

Open Plays on our schedule are like drop-in matches. Sign up for only $30 (rentals included!) and come play with whoever else shows up. If nobody else does, that court is yours to practice on. 

How do clinics work?

We have a variety of clinics, from 101 classes to Play Your Coaches. All our clinics include rentals. A minimum of 2 people must sign up for the clinic to run. If it does not fill, you will be contacted to see if you would like a discounted private lesson instead. If not, your payment will be refunded to club credits. 

What if somebody doesn’t show up for my match?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee other people’s reliability. The court booker is responsible for payment of the court, so if any shares of the court are unpaid, they will be charged to the court booker. We will do our best to fill your match with someone else here or one of our staff members.

What cool technology do you have?

We have a ball machine to help you practice, as well as AI-enabled court cameras to record your play and share your highlights with friends and coaches.

Can I host my event at Padel Up?

Absolutely! Corporate events and birthday parties work great at Padel Up. We can accommodate 16 players at a time, but have ample space to host events for upwards of 50 people. Please email events@padelupusa.com with your desired date, time, and party details for a quote. 

Do you have any kids programs?

Yes, Padel is great for kids! We have kids clinics and lessons, as well as junior racket rentals. We also pair our kids clinics with an adult open play, so you can drop your kids off at the clinic and play your own matches on the court right next to them. 

Are you handicap-accessible?

Our facility is accessible, and you are welcome to watch matches or hang out in our lounge. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our courts and the artificial turf, we cannot allow wheelchairs on the courts. 

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, we are a pet-free facility.

Do you have showers?

Sorry, we do not have showers, but we do have a spacious bathroom to change in.
